A letter to my Cièlle on Mothers Day

Mothers Day never meant much to me until I had my own child. As my beautiful daughter Cièlle turned 3 years old on the 25th of March, a few days after Mothers Day is celebrated in the Middle East, I found myself writing her a letter reflecting my thoughts at the moment and that I hope can get better year after year. I mostly hope that she gets to read those letters and learn a thing or two from them. In fact, if she embraces just 4 or 5 from the below, she’ll live happily.
